Who are we?
We are a steadily growing interpreting and technical translation agency centrally located in downtown Frankfurt. In a pleasant working atmosphere, we coordinate a team of over 150 interpreters and translators, connecting the world with language.

Your tasks:

  • Office Management
  • Customer acquisition (by telephone + in writing)
  • Database maintenance
  • Appointment management, coordination of the interpreter pool
  • Office and secretarial tasks
  • Order processing
  • Mail processing

Your profile:

  • Completed training / studies or equivalent professional experience, career changers also welcome
  • independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • perfect written and spoken German, good English skills, other languages an advantage
  • very good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Reliability, respectful and friendly appearance as well as sociability, ability to work in a team and under pressure
